Aug 11 Intro to American Lit

One time I felt connected to nature is when someone I knew taught me how grounding works. Grounding is the practice of being more connected to nature by walking barefoot. It's believed that by doing this that the Earth will charge you and bring upon good health.

We learned about old Native American literature and how its passed down.

I learned that stories would pass down stories changing them over time, instead of writing them down.
