When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 

    When I'm in a mood I don't like, I find myself playing on my piano, or guitar. I'll do this in the dark with a faint light shinning, it makes me feel a claim of sublime. Though when I'm frustrated I take a different path. I will hop on the drums, and just start playing whatever comes to mind. I'll do these till I'm too tired, not angry anymore, or when I break a stick.


We did a Common Lit today.


I learned about the effects of mental health on the body.
